The Pump Body, a very detailed and intricate part, originally needed three machines to complete. This meant extra handling time for each part – more chances for quality issues and a long lead time.

The Okuma Multus B300 was capable of holding all the tools necessary on board. Using this one machine cut production time down by 22% and increased quality significantly.

High-Performance Result

Our Customer was especially satisfied with the consistent quality of their order and the improved lead time. The end product component is used in pressure hand pumps that calibrate devices.
