This non-contact method of metal removal eliminates tool-induced mechanical stress in materials, ensuring no reduction in material strength and often produces finishes and dimensional tolerances that do not require additional grinding or polishing. Our EDM machining services, working with a wide variety of difficult metals, are available as either a standalone service for Customer-supplied components or incorporated into our comprehensive processes to manufacture your components according to your design.
