For CITIZEN, TSUGAMI, EUROTECH and OKUMA turned components, both front and back ends can be completed to the same level of complexity by way of front spindle to sub-spindle passovers, stop spindle orientation and application of live tooling.

For MATSUURA milled components, up to five sides can be completed in one set-up by way of the integration of programmed rotary orientation of work pieces.

Omni's most recent addition, EDM, complements the process by machining unusual shapes into components that traditional machining cannot do.  The final product is clean of burrs and in no need of secondary operations.
