Omni is committed to providing superior quality, turnkey prototype components and engineering design-review services to meet the needs of these industries. Each job is reviewed, quoted and produced, where possible, within a targeted two-week delivery by our prototype team. All prototype components are manufactured and engineered with production ‘machine-ability’ in mind so that, upon completion of the prototype phase, a component can then be manufactured in volume production at Omni’s state-of-the-science manufacturing facility.

Omni has a full complement of CAM tools to enable the accurate
development of machine programs from your CAD output files, drawings
or samples. EDI provides the ability for the prompt processing of requirements for our valued Customers. Most CAD file types can be viewed and manipulated by Omni’s technical staff.
